银行笔试一般都是进行全国统一考试，但不同银行笔试的题型、题量和考试重难点可能会略有不同，但在考试内容上大致主要包括四大类：EPI、专业知识类、英语类、职业测评类。不同银行不是每类都考，但是基本考的内容不会超出这几个部分
一.笔试形式及笔试时间
笔试形式：以2021招聘为例，由于今年特殊原因，笔试基本为线上机考的形式
笔试时间：2020年10-12月，为秋招；2021年3-5月为春招。
二.笔试内容
①EPI （全称：通用就业素质测评）
考题题型：逻辑推理、数字运算、言语理解、思维策略、资料分析。
EPI要与行测相似，但是比公务员考试的行测要简单许多（但是笔试按照人数高低刷人，所以同样需要好好复习和准备）。
在银行公司中的题量占比一般在30%～65%之间。整体来看，EPI平均占比要大于专业知识和英语。可见EPI在银行笔试中的重要性，为重中之重！
其中注重考查考生的语言表达能力、理解能力、逻辑推理能力的题型属于EPI文科类题目，注重考查考生思维能力、观察能力、分析能力、计算能力的题型属于EPI理科类题目。
整体来看，各大银行考试中EPI理科的占比要大于EPI文科。其中在五大行的笔试中，EPI理科的占比约是EPI文科的2倍。（达海教育总结）
②综合知识（专业知识）
考题题型：经济学、金融学、货币银行知识、会计基础、财务管理、经济法知识、统计学知识、计算机基础、时事政治、银行本行知识。
其中经济学、金融基础知识、货币银行学、会计知识以及本行知识是考核的重点，是考试复习的重中之重，所以建议小伙伴们一定要提早复习。
经济金融类考生还应了解当下时政及金融热点，并结合专业知识进行梳理运用。IT类考生一般又单独的计算机专业知识题目的加试，因此需要单独准备。
另外大约一半以上的银行会考本行知识及发展动态，五大行及邮储银行每年都会考，尤其需要说明的是，南京银行的本行知识考的特别多，因此需要特别留意
③英语
各个银行英语题型不尽相同，但总结近年考试，阅磨肢读所占的比重最大。
其他：
写作：目前只有央行（非金融类），国家开发哪游高银行，等少数几个银行考察写作能力
性格测试（职业测评）：这个没有标准答案，不需要专门花时间复习
三.笔试通过标准
笔试按照分数高低，结合岗位和所报分行的人数，大约2.5：1的比例进入面试，刷人比例还是蛮高的
